"This office used to be my State Farm agent. When I call them the other day to ask a question about my bill, one of the employees that works there named Donna, immediately started talking at me and then started talking over me and wouldn’t let me ask a my questions. She was incredibly rude and acted like I didn’t matter much to them. I submitted a request to transfer agents within an hour of getting off the phone with her. I thought about leaving State Farm entirely. I left this agent solely because of this one employee and won’t ever go back."
